Hi AutoProfit-TEAM member,

As most of you are aware, AutoProfit holds a TEAM Meeting and Fellowship every Friday afternoon at 2-5 pm.

So far, the committed leaders are attending regularly

and we enjoyed various forms of sharing like business

discussion, Comp Plan review, watching and discussing

personal development videos like the recent Mike Filsaime

and T. Harv Eker/Bill Bartmann DVD’s.

Personal development, like your money in the bank,

earns compound interest over time…  The more you

learn, the better you become and the more quickly

you become an Expert !

When we gather together in two’s or three’s or more

and master mind, things start to happen. In fact, on

last Friday 12-Sept, we had one of the most fruitful

and effecctive sharing following Matt Morris’ event on

last Wed :-)

Thus, from this Friday 28-Sept-2007 onwards, we will

conduct our meeting in a more PARTICIPATIVE MANNER.

In addition to the usual business discussion, we encourage

ALL AutoProfit members to prepare something to share

with those who are present.

- It does not have to be a long sharing.  Even 5 minutes

is good enough

- It does not have to be anything big or unique. All you

need is to read a chapter from any personal development

book, listen to any audio from Success University or

from the Monthly Empowerment series … and then take

some time to study and digest it, summarize it so that

you can share with others

The purpose of this is at least threefold:

- First, everyone present will benefit from your sharing

- Second, you will benefit the most because you would

internalize what you share even more!

- Third, by sharing with a few others, you practise

speaking in a group and boost your confidence

as well as in your Success University business

Although this Friday 28-Sept-2007, I won’t be around

to enjoy the sharing as I’ll be in KL, my co-founder

Kelvin Chan will facilitate this interesting session.

A few core leaders who were present last week (you

know who you are) had already committed to be present

this Friday.  So, I urge you to join us in taking your own

personal development and success seriously!

I know some of you might think that you’ll be at work

on Friday afternoons.  We promise that we’ll move the

session to the evenings once there is good response.

However, as of now, most active AutoProfit members

happen to be independent business owners who can

come together in the day time.  If you are one who

can or wish to attend only in the evenings, please reply

to this mail.  If there are enough people, we’ll make

the changes as soon as possible.

Thanks for reading this mail… and I wish you a

BLESSED Weekend ahead !

To our Success!

Roger

RECOMMENDED READING:

Last Wednesday, Matt Morris shared his 7 secrets

of success and Secret #2 is to become an EXPERT

so that you’re better than 99% of your competitors.

And Matt also revealed that to become an expert,

all you have to do is to read 5 books :-)

Isn’t that easy?

For your Success University business, I would

recommend you to read at least these few books:

1 - Street Smart Network Marketing by Robert Butwin

Instead of reading the book, I recommend you to

register for the Achievement Course in your Success

University Learning Center

2 - How To Win Friends And Influence Others by

Dale Carnegie

This is a 60+ year classic that in my opinion, everyone,

networker or not, must read.  It is a manual on human

relationships. And of course, an ABSOLUTE MUST if

you want to be far more effective in your networking

with others

3 - Your First Year In Network Marketing by

Mark Yarnell

I read this in my first year and it had helped me alot

by not falling into the numerous pitfalls like scatter

bomb, training traps, etc. A wonderful read for the

beginning network marketer

4 - Copycat Marketing 101 by Burke Hedges

This is a classic for beginners in network marketing

at least to understand the power of compounding

effect as well as network marketing industry versus

the franchising industry

5 - Parable of the Pipeline by Burke Hedges

This is a captivating story with an important message

on how one can achieve personal and financial freedom.

Instead of leaving from pay cheque to pay cheque

every month for the whole of one’s life, the author

is advocating something smatter.

In fact there are tons of good books on network

marketing. And the reality is that you don’t have

to stop at five. Reading becomes a habit after awhile

and you will start to enjoy it, if you’ve not yet picked

up this habit.
